This beautifully restored historic 1920s home perfectly located between downtown St. Augustine and Vilano beach. This vacation home rental, formerly known by local residents as "The Titanic,' has been lovingly restored over the last year. This home was formerly divided into a duplex (in the 1960s!) and remains as such. You have the choice to rent one or both of the units! The downstairs features two bedrooms, a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room with TV, dining room, outdoor dining space, front and back porches, laundry room and fully fenced in backyard with outdoor showers! The upstairs features a private balcony, living room, eat in full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with walk in shower.
