The Downstairs  vibe is what we think the house would have looked like when it was originally built in 1921. The unit is less beach-themed and more roaring 20's flair with ornate chandeliers and lots of gold accents. Like the upstairs, each room has its own AC and new memory foam mattresses and sleeps 4 adults comfortably in a king bed in the master and two twins in the 2nd room.. The Downstairs also has a front porch that can make for great people watching in the morning and even some wildlife watching at night. The unit has a spacious living room and dining room and a full size, fully stocked kitchen. The Downstairs also gives you full access to the back porch and back yard where our favorite feature - dual outside showers with hot water - can be used to shower of the sand you collected on one of the many beaches of St Augustine. The back yard has a dining table that can seat up to 10 people and is lighted with strings of lightbulbs that give it the coziest feel at night.
